Don Covart

President, General Manager of Operations

Don started Fox Hollow Landscaping and Design in 1989 and has watched the business flourish over the past 35 years. As a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Environmental Planning and Design and over 40 years of landscape experience in Northern New Jersey, Don has the knowledge and expertise it takes to successfully run the business and manage the day to day operations of Fox Hollow Landscaping and Design.

Justin Covart

Vice President, Irrigation Division

Justin is a second-generation member of the Fox Hollow Landscape and Design team, having grown up in the family business. He holds an Associate’s degree in Landscape Design and Agro Business from County College of Morris and is furthering his education in Environmental Planning and Design at Rutgers University. In addition to his academic background, Justin has gained valuable experience working outside of Fox Hollow at Universal Studios Florida, where he became a certified irrigation technician.

Maynor Talavara

Project Manager

Maynor has been installing landscapes with Fox Hollow for over 25 years. Maynor works closely with the design team to implement the little details that make projects really shine. Maynor is ICPI and NCMA certified and continues his education at Rutgers.
